Declaration of Helsinki: ethical principles for medical research involving human subjects.World Medical Association.2013
The World Medical Association (WMA) has developed the Declaration of Helsinki as a statement of ethical principles for medical research involving human subjects, including research on identifiable human material and data. The Declaration is intended to be read as a whole and each of its constituent paragraphs should be applied with consideration of all other relevant paragraphs. Consistent with the mandate of the WMA, the Declaration is addressed primarily to physicians. The WMA encourages others who are involved in medical research involving human subjects to adopt these principles.

En mai 2011, la Soixante-Quatrième Assemblée mondiale de la Santé a pris note d’un rapport du Secrétariat sur la stratégie intitulée « La vaccination dans le monde : vision et stratégie ». Lors des discussions, la vision de la Décennie de la vaccination (2011-2020) et la mise au point d’un plan d’action mondial pour les vaccins ont été bien accueillies. Par la suite, le Conseil exécutif, lors de sa cent trentième session en janvier 2012, a examiné le plan d’action mondial et donné des orientations. Le Conseil a également adopté la résolution EB130.R12 sur la Semaine mondiale de la vaccination.…
