Conformément au Règlement Sanitaire International (RSI, 2005), les Etats parties sont tenus d’élaborer et de mettre en œuvre un plan d’intervention pour les urgences de santé publique dans les points d’entrée désignés. Dans ce cadre, l’Aéroport International de Yaoundè Nsimalen (AIYN) a procédé à l’élaboration de son plan des opérations d’urgence de santé publique (POUSP) après une analyse des risques basée sur le modèle Strategic Toolkit for Assessing Risks (STAR) recommandé par l’OMS.
