At the heart of the current digital and medical evolution, the early detection of eye diseases holds crucial significance in preserving visual health. This study aligns with this perspective by proposing the design of an innovative application, built upon advances in artificial intelligence based on deep learning. Our objective is to merge medical expertise with AI capabilities to craft an advanced and efficient diagnostic tool.Through thorough research, we compiled a comprehensive database encompassing a variety of ocular images, representing a wide spectrum of eye conditions. Leveraging this dataset, we trained a deep learning model across various architectures, enabling the system…

Cameroon, as a country with a great diversity of crops and agriculture, faces major challenges due to diseases that affect plants. These diseases can cause considerable economic losses for farmers and have a significant impact on the country's food security. According to recent statistics, plant diseases are responsible for a significant reduction in agricultural yields in Cameroon, causing crop losses of up to 30% in some key agricultural sectors. The most affected crops include maize, rice, cassava and vegetables, which are essential components of the Cameroonian population's diet. This study presents a methodology for classifying plant diseases based on a…

ABSTRACT Breast cancer has been documented since ancient times, but the first detailed clinical descriptions of breast tumors date back to ancient Egypt, around 1600 BC. However, modern understanding of breast cancer and its association with cancer cells only emerged much later, in the 18th and 19th centuries. Significant progress in understanding the disease and its treatment has been made during the 20th century. In Cameroon, the first cases of breast cancer were identified well before 2020. Breast cancer is one of the leading oncological pathologies affecting women worldwide. Over time, the number of cases has continued to increase. According…
