Background The Bioline™ HIV/Syphilis Duo rapid diagnostic test (RDT) is the first World Health Organization (WHO) prequalified Duo RDT for the simultaneous detection of human immunodeficiency virus (HIV) and Treponema pallidum antibodies in human blood samples.
