Context: Health inequalities have their origins in multiple factors and have accumulated over the years, thus impacting access to and use of health care. So, significant inequalities exist, the barriers being geographical, economic or sociocultural. Despite the implementation of structured health policies with the support technical and financial partners, the opportunity to treat oneself correctly seems remain a real challenge in Cameroon.
